Targi is a 2 player worker placement game with that added bite that can often be missing of 2 player board games.

As leader of a Tuareg tribe from the Sahara desert, you'll be trading dates, salt, and pepper to obtain coveted gold coins and advantages.

You'll need to carefully allocate your Targi to the cards that border the desert in order to carry out actions. You'll have to choose wisely however, because every action comes at the cost of another. 

Do you go to the merchant? If you don't,  you won’t be able to trade — and even worse, your opponent will. Or maybe you could wait and see if a caravan will bring the merchandise you require?

Each round a completely different set of offerings will be on the table. Consider your choices carefully, but don’t wait too long, the desert can be harsh and you might miss an opportunity. 

To win you'll need to plan shrewdly and ensure there's always enough  gold in your pocket.
