Welcome to Piranha Cafe!

Piranha Café is our premium themed café, venue and club house, located next door to our store at 19 Pydar Street, Truro, Cornwall.

During the day, Piranha Café will be open to the general public. It's a place where you can grab a drink or snack in one of our themed areas and book a gaming table if you wish. In the evenings entry will be limited to bookings, event goers, clubs, members and their guests.

We want it to be a place where people come together to share their interests, whatever they may be.

In the Day We're a Cafe

From 10:45am - 5:30pm you’re welcome to come in free of charge to buy food and drink and relax in one of our themed areas.

Want to game?

During the day, you can play our board games for just £3 per person per hour. We'll be expanding our game selection in due course and you’re welcome to bring your own games too!

If you want to book a wargaming table, you’ll need to book and it’ll cost a little extra.

At Night We’re a Members Club

After 5:30pm our doors will close and open only to clubs, members and their guests, with the exception of special events.

So, if you’re not attending one of the weekly clubs that run at the café, you’ll need to be a member, or invited in by one as their guest.

There is a charge for using the space in the evening. This will get you exclusive access to the space for 4+ hours and includes access to our games library.

We’re offering FREE membership from now until February.

    • £6 entry after 5:30pm
    • £7.50 entry + 2-3 player wargaming table*

*What's a 2-3 Player Wargaming Table?

A wargaming table is a 6x4ft or 4x4ft table required for games such as Warhammer or other tabletop miniatures games.

The price for a wargaming table includes your entry fee.

This price is per person.

If the table is used by 4 or more people, you can each just pay the standard entry fee (£3 for members, £6 for guests).

Inclusively Exclusive

Our target audience is slightly more adult and little less ‘mass market’. Our aim is to combine being inclusive with the better attributes of exclusivity, to provide you with a high quality space to do the things you enjoy, because they deserve as much.

Our primary focus at the moment is board and tabletop games, but we're most intrigued by people that have an ‘interest’ that they wish to share with others.
