Jormungand the World Serpent Pewter Pendant
Jormungand the World Serpent Pewter Pendant
Jormungand
Son of Loki, the Midgard, Jormungand is the giant world serpent of Norse mythology. Encircling the ocean that surrounds the world, should he let go of his own tale, Ragnarok would be upon us.
This antiqued pewter pendant is in the shape of Viking-style serpent-dragon biting it's own tail, making the form of a circle.
The Jormungand pendant is crafted from fine English pewter. On the serpent's body are engraved the Viking runes "Jormungandr Miogarosormr" -'Jormundgard the World Serpent'.
The pendant comes on a 70 cm black cord, adjusted by a black pewter slide fastener.
Unleash your inner Viking with this simple, symbolic and stylish necklace.
