We're Open for Click and Collect!
After a few days of consulting government guidance and sorting out the necessary precautions to keep you safe and sound, we're happy to say you can now pick up your shopping outside our store at 18 Pydar Street, Truro via click and collect.
How it works
1. Place your order
You must place your order before coming to the click and collect drop off point.

*If you are ordering online, select the 'local pickup' option when picking which type of postage you require. If possible, try and give us a rough time of when you'd like to arrive in your order notes, that way we can limit the amount of time you'll need to spend waiting.
If you can't find the item your looking for online, get in touch and we'll be able to sort it out for you.
We'll update this post with images from inside out store, so you can browse at your leisure from home too!
2. Pick a time that suits you
You can pick up your order during the following times:
- Monday - Saturday anytime between 10am and 5pm
- Sunday - by appointment only*
*If you would like to pick up your order on a Sunday, please get in touch so we can organise a time.
If you have ordered online, we'll send you an email when you order is ready to collect.
3. Collect your order
When your order and you are ready, you can collect it from outside our store ay 18 Pydar Street, Truro.
Signage are located at the collection point to mark out where you should wait. A gazebo has been provided in case of horrible weather.
- Please do not try to enter the store, we have put a counter in place to block the entrance, which you should wait behind.
- Please remember to maintain social distancing.
- Hand sanitizer has been provided for your use.
- If someone else is collecting an order upon your arrival, please wait until they have finished.
4. Enjoy your loot!
Take your loot home and enjoy it! Thank you for choosing to support us during this difficult times.
